Terms of Service

You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You may register using your email address or through Google OAuth. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Booksic offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium features include playlist creation and AI music generation (up to 30 songs per month). Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us at support@stylica.io

Music tracks generated through the Service are created using third-party AI models provided by Replicate (specifically the MiniMax Music model). By using the generation feature, you acknowledge that:

• Generated content is produced by artificial intelligence and may not always meet your expectations
• We do not guarantee the uniqueness, quality, or suitability of generated music for any particular purpose
• You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the music you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You must not use generated content in a way that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• We reserve the right to remove generated content that violates these terms or applicable law

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit prompts or content that is hateful, obscene, defamatory, or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without express written permission

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and non-AI content, is owned by Stylica and protected by intellectual property laws. Book metadata displayed on the platform is sourced from the Google Books API and remains the property of its respective rights holders.

The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver its functionality. These include:

• Replicate — AI music generation (MiniMax Music model)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• Google — OAuth authentication and Books API

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
